Who Fits the Network

We are looking for independent businesses offering services such as:

• Septic tank pumping and emergency septic cleaning
• Septic system and drainfield repair
• Sewer line repair
• Water well service connected to septic work

You should serve homeowners in Rockville, MD or across the Rockville area.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed when they call. We ask providers to be calm and clear. In practice, that means:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state requires
• Explain problems in plain language
• Give written quotes before major work
• Respect a homeowner's choice to compare
• Be honest about what you can and cannot do
• Suggest simple upkeep once the job is done

Pressure tactics and vague pricing are not a fit.

We will review what you send and follow up if there looks to be a fit. Joining does not guarantee a set number of calls, because demand varies.
